Qualifications

• Basic math skills for weights, measures, and counts.
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and forms.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train on Grated, Shred, Deli, Wedge, Wax and Box and Clean and Sort lines.
• Remove raw materials from pallets and feed line accurately.
• Perform change-overs, cleaning, and equipment assembly as needed.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and document results.
• Maintain 5S and sanitation standards in the Converting area.
• Operate packaging, pallets, and dating equipment; palletize finished goods.
