Job summary

Sartori Company in Wisconsin seeks a Line Attendant for the Converting Team. You will move materials, load lines, perform change-overs, and ensure quality on multiple production lines including Grated, Shred, Deli, Wedge, Wax and Box.

The role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and GMP policies. Experience in food manufacturing is preferred; hours include varied shifts with weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience desirable.
• Basic math skills and ability to read work-related documents.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and work with others.
• Detail-oriented with rigorous attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train on Grated, Shred, Deli, Wedge, Wax and Box and Clean and Sort lines.
• Remove raw materials from pallets, bags, boxes or totes.
• Feed raw materials in correct quantities per formulas and product specs.
• Perform line housekeeping and sanitation as required.
• Inspect cheese and materials for mold, dirt or foreign substances.
• Operate packaging, processing, and pallet jacks.
• Maintain 5S standards and track material movement using data tools.
• Report food safety or quality issues to management.
