Qualifications

• Able to lift 10–15 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Strong attendance and positive attitude.
• Mechanical aptitude (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to read a tape measure and record data accurately.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate converting bag machines.
• Load machines with film roll stock.
• Produce bags and pouches to customer specifications.
• Monitor production quality and output.
• Handle finished products.
• Follow all safety and operational guidelines.
