ProAmpac is seeking a full-time Bag Machine Operator in the United States to run converting equipment for bags and pouches per customer specs. The role requires autonomous setup, troubleshooting, and coaching of teammates, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in flexible packaging or printing is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up and operate bag converting equipment per specs.
• Diagnose machine faults using test results and observations.
• Interpret blueprints and manuals for efficient operation.
• Train and coach less-experienced operators.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas for safety.
• Follow PPE, food safety policies, and lockout/tagout procedures.
