Job summary

ProAmpac in Hartford, WI is hiring Machine Operators for converting bag machines and slitter rewind. Earn $20/hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus, plus bonuses and shift differentials. Training provided, and growth paths are available in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

We value dependability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Shifts include 5am-3pm and 2:55pm-12:55am with incentives for 2nd shift. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 10-15 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Strong attendance and positive attitude.
• Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn.
• Ability to read a tape measure and record data accurately.
• Good communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate converting bag machines.
• Load machines with film roll stock.
• Produce bags and pouches to customer specifications.
• Monitor production quality and output.
• Handle finished products and maintain clean work area.
• Follow all safety and operational guidelines.

Schedules Available

• 1st Shift - M-Th 5am-3pm
• 2nd Shift - M-Th 2:55pm-12:55am
• Plus a shift differential for 2nd only

Pay

• Starting at $19-21+/hour , based on experience
• Additional shift differentials as described in the shifts above
• Opportunities for regular wage increases
