Job summary

Inteplast Group is seeking a Packer C to efficiently and accurately pack products while upholding quality standards. You will follow safety rules, read dockets, label jobs, and inspect final products to ensure accuracy and timely communication of issues.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, US work eligibility, and strong English reading/writing skills. Good attendance and the ability to handle non-standard hours are essential; stress management and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience in manufacturing preferred with knowledge of production processes, quality control, and other techniques.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English.
  • Basic math and mechanical aptitude for machines used in production.
  • Attendant of consistent, dependable attendance and willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
  • Ability to manage job-related stress and foster production workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Complies with, monitors, and enforces all written and verbal safety regulations and programs of the plant and department.
  • Understand and adhere to plant policies and procedures, encompassing good manufacturing policy, hazard analysis, and critical control points processes.
  • Read docket daily and all order changes to ensure the proper product is being packed.
  • Label for the current job as well as upcoming job changes to ensuring accuracy.
  • Inspect final product using quality checks, ensuring proper documentation and timely communication of any issues.
  • Complete proper quality bag checks every fifteen minutes
  • Demonstrate the capability to maintain pace with the production process and achieve daily production targets while also ensuring cleanliness in the designated area.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
