Job summary

Inteplast Group seeks a Packer C to pack in a safe, efficient manner while maintaining the highest quality possible. You will work in a manufacturing setting ensuring correct materials and timely production.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, legal US work eligibility, basic math and English reading/writing skills, and dependable attendance. Prior production experience is preferred, with a focus on quality control and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred with knowledge of production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing ROI.
• Effective written and verbal communication with all levels of personnel.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude for machines used in the production process.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all written and verbal safety rules of the plant and department. Must be willing and able to wear all personal protective equipment.
• Understand and adhere to plant policies and procedures, encompassing good manufacturing policy, hazard analysis, and critical control points processes.
• Must be able to read and understand job docket to ensure that the correct materials are being used
• Startup, shutdown and make machine adjustments
• Inspect final product using quality checks, ensuring proper documentation and timely communication of any issues.
• Demonstrate the capability to maintain pace with the production process and achieve daily production targets while also ensuring cleanliness in the designated area.
• Other duties as assigned
