Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Site Experience Specialist to drive conversion and on-site engagement across the customer journey. This role sits in Marketing and partners with acquisition, creative, analytics, and engineering to deliver high-quality, conversion-focused site experiences.

This hybrid position requires onsite presence as needed, with options in Frisco, TX or other hubs (NYC, San Jose, Newport Beach). When not onsite, you may work from home.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of digital marketing or web performance experience.
• Experience supporting website updates and landing pages.
• Familiar with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Familiar with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
• Strong attention to detail and cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day updates and execution of website and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Creative to intake, QA, and implement assets.
• Ensure assets are on-brand and optimized for devices and templates.
• Assist in refreshing creative for campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
• Help set up and validate A/B tests and variants.
• Review landing pages for messaging, layout, and UX before launch.
• Monitor CVR, engagement, and bounce rate; flag improvements.
• Pull performance data to support reporting and optimization.
• Document test results and recommendations for future tests.
• Coordinate with Creative and Engineering to implement updates and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain landing page assets, templates, and testing docs.
