Job summary

Sapiens International Corporation is seeking a Conversion Developer to join our data-centric projects for CoreSuite workers compensation and related lines of business. You will own the conversion setup, maintain load programs, test, and reconcile data to ensure accurate migration to the target system.

Responsibilities include guiding clients on CoreSuite data structure needs, performing data extraction, developing conversion logic, and collaborating with development and QA teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of business/technical analysis experience in Workers’ Compensation or similar domain.
• 5+ years of data conversion experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong SQL, data modeling and requirements analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Applies industry knowledge to guide clients in CoreSuite data structure requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve conversion issues related to the process.
• Assist in data mapping and extraction to align with CoreSuite implementation.
• Develop and maintain conversion load programs and validation processes.
• Work with clients to analyze, configure, and implement conversion routines.
