Authority Brands Inc. is seeking a Copywriter & Creative Prompt Engineer to craft high-converting copy across our multi-brand portfolio, blending brand voice with AI-driven workflows.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will develop prompt libraries, optimize ads, landing pages, emails, and direct mail, and test variations to maximize leads and conversions. You bring 3–5+ years in direct-response copy, a BA, and hands-on AI tool experience (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai) with customer

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional copywriting experience with direct-response focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Creative Writing, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on expertise using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai) and designing structured prompt chains/workflows.
• Proven track record writing high-converting short-form copy and long-form narrative copy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy across ads, landing pages, email, direct mail, social media, and local assets.
• Design and refine AI prompts to train brand voice and scale copy output.
• Build and maintain a library of prompts, tone templates, and messaging frameworks.
• Analyze consumer pain points and competitive positioning to craft resonant messaging.
• Lead cross-functional brainstorming with designers and strategists to shape campaigns.
