Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience developing chatbots or conversational AI.
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js and chatbot frameworks.

• Familiarity with LLMs and conversational prompt design.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI chatbots using LLMs or rule-based systems.
• Create and optimize conversation flows, intents, and slot-filling logic.
• Apply prompt engineering and context management techniques to improve chatbot responses.
• Integrate chatbots with third-party services, internal tools, and APIs.
• Monitor chatbot performance and continuously improve based on feedback and analytics.
• Work with UX/UI teams to design intuitive chat interfaces.
