Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking an IT Network Technician to maintain the MSCT network and Telephony equipment, troubleshoot LAN/WAN, and support engineers in deployment and testing activities.

You will configure routers, switches, and hubs, test IP and Ethernet hardware, and ensure ticketing is accurate and timely. Strong customer service and documentation skills are essential for high availability.

Qualifications

• Associates’ degree or equivalent widely recognized IT education.
• Intermediate networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, TCP/UDP, IP Subnetting, VLANs).
• Ability to obtain gaming licensure in one or more jurisdictions if required.

Responsibilities

• Install, provision, test and troubleshoot IP, Ethernet and Telephony hardware, connections and cabling.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches and hubs, including wireless.
• Provide on-call 24/7 production support for designated systems and assist engineers.
