Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in policy enforcement, threat intelligence, or related government/regulatory field.
• Experience standing up and scaling policy enforcement or content review workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or other data analysis tools.
• Experience with generative AI products and content review prompts.
• Understanding of implementing product policies at scale in moderation contexts.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect automated enforcement systems and review workflows that scale effectively while maintaining high accuracy.
• Develop and maintain evals that measure model performance on policy areas and surface regressions.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to optimize detection and enforcement systems for policy violations.
• Review flagged content to drive enforcement decisions and address policy gaps.
• Develop and maintain enforcement guidelines and reviewer documentation for consistent enforcement.
