Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in event management, a bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field, and strong organizational, communication, and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facility management, hospitality management, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of increasingly responsible event management experience in similar settings.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities; flexible schedule as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from booking through final billing.
• Coordinate room setups, A/V needs, catering, and event logistics.
• Develop event orders and communicate requirements to internal teams.
• Prepare CAD drawings illustrating event setup requirements.
• Manage timelines, schedules, and client communications for seamless execution.
• Collaborate with culinary, banquet, A/V, and operations teams to meet requirements.
• Oversee event setup, execution, teardown, and safety/compliance.
