ADP, Inc. is hiring a Convenient Store General Manager in Lancaster, TX, to lead a multi-brand food service and retail operation with P&L responsibility.

We seek a proven GM with 3–5+ years in high-volume casual dining or c-store operations, capable of building teams, controlling labor and food costs, and delivering standout guest service. Training and development are emphasized, with clear career paths to district and regional leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of GM experience in high-volume casual dining or c-store operations.
• Experience leading 15–30+ employees and developing shift managers into leaders.
• Full P&L mastery with knowledge of labor, COGS, waste, margins, and inventory turnover.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Dual-Operation Leadership: Oversee total store performance, driving profitability, brand compliance, and operational excellence across both the retail floor and high-volume food concepts.

Total P&L & Financial Accountability: Manage the complete store P&L. Drive top-line revenue while enforcing strict controls over food costs (COGS), kitchen waste, labor percentages, inventory shrink, and overall margins.

Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor your Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, Cashiers, and Kitchen Crews. Build a high-energy culture focused on accountability, retention, and leadership development.

Guest Hospitality: Bring casual-dining hospitality standards to a fast-paced environment, ensuring your team delivers fast, friendly, and consistent service.

Food Safety & Compliance: Maintain spotless health department standards, QA procedures, food safety protocols, and brand specs across all franchise and internal food lines.

Inventory & Merchandising: Direct kitchen prep inventory and retail setups, managing vendor relationships to maximize stock availability and gross profit.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 3-5+ years of successful General Manager experience (or senior AGM experience ready for step-up) in high-volume casual dining (e.g., Chili's, Applebee's, Olive Garden), QSR, or high-volume c-store operations.

Leadership Skills: Track record of leading teams of 15-30+ employees, developing shift managers into leaders, and driving employee retention.

Financial Acumen: Full P&L mastery with deep knowledge of food service metrics (ideal vs. actual labor, COGS, waste tracking, margin optimization, and inventory turnover).

Certifications: Active ServSafe Manager Certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to lead store operations.
