Job Title: Convenience Store Attendant Supervisor, Full-time

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic and optimistic leader for the role of Convenience Store Attendant Supervisor, Full-time.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in training and developing team members.
2. Interview applicants for Customer Service Attendant positions to maintain staffing levels.
3. Review inventory and waste levels, and make recommendations.
4. Prepare Inventory Report Card evaluations, review them with team members, and take disciplinary actions as needed.
5. Complete monthly inventory action plans.
6. Generate reports for management to ensure profitability.
7. Verify and approve timecards.
8. Visit accounts and meet with account representatives.
9. Lead and assist with projects assigned by the Operations or Branch Manager.
10. Lift and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds; assist at accounts.
11. Perform physical activities such as walking, bending, crouching, and climbing stairs.
12. Operate and maintain company vehicles safely for travel to branches and accounts.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Additional responsibilities include:

1. Inspect accounts weekly to ensure machines are clean, filled, and functioning correctly.
2. Recruit, train, and retain team members.
3. Develop succession plans.
4. Operate accounts within labor guidelines.
5. Maintain metrics on inventory, labor costs, waste, and consumption.
6. Attend weekly staff meetings.
7. Address customer inquiries and complaints within 24 hours.
8. Follow all safety requirements, including the use of personal protective equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, and ear protection.
