Convenience Sales Representative, Field Sales

Job Description

Are you ready to make an impact at Mondelēz International? Join our mission to lead the future of snacking with pride. The Convenience Sales Rep will manage an estimated 300-store territory, ensuring flawless execution of business KPIs. Your focus will be on expanding distribution, executing shelving principles, activating promotions and secondary displays, and delivering revenue growth.

Time Allocation: This is an in-market, field position.

  • In-Store Selling – 90%
  • Drive Time – 10%

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver business results by executing perfect store principles.
  • Manage territory: record weekly activities, assess store routes, and provide feedback.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with store owners and customers, providing excellent service and solutions.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-driven with a history of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to travel within the territory.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, internet access.
  • High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
  • Experience in grocery, retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.
  • Successful background check including drug test and MVR.
