Country Visions Cooperative in De Pere, WI seeks a full-time Convenience/Country Store Manager to oversee all in-store operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. This leadership role reports to the Country Store Division Leader and requires a record of driving sales and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
• 1+ year of proven management experience.
• Proven track record of building sales, increasing profits, team member development, and operational improvement.
• Excellent communication skills; friendly, energetic and strong people skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
