Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Customer service or retail experience is required.
• Previous management or assistant management experience is strongly preferred.
• Accurate, confident and dependable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Friendly and energetic.
• Basic math knowledge and computer skills a must.
• Must be able to lift 30+ pounds.
• Stand for 8+ hours a day.
• Goal oriented and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service while personalizing the experience.
• Promptly answer phone calls from customers.
• Daily paperwork and reporting, cashiering.
• Opening and/or closing the food service.
• Evaluate, portion, and stock product.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Participate in recruiting and training of new team members.
• Ordering and maintaining backstock following store manager directions.
• Support marketing and merchandising promotions.
• Develop sales-generating displays.
• Assist in reducing waste while increasing sales.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
