Country Visions Cooperative is seeking a full-time Convenience/Country Store Manager in De Pere, WI. You will oversee in-store operations, lead a team, and focus on customer service, sales growth, and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all in-store functions.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration to maintain a positive work environment.
• Instruct team members with daily store operations.
• Help ensure customer satisfaction and retainment.

• Develop retail sales growth through outstanding customer service.
