Country Visions Cooperative is seeking a full-time Convenience/Country Store Manager in De Pere, WI. You will oversee in-store operations, lead a team, and focus on customer service, sales growth, and store standards.

Requirements include 3+ years in retail/restaurant/hospitality and 1+ year of management experience. Competitive salary with benefits and a path to leadership are offered.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
• A minimum of 1 year of proven management experience.
• Proven track record of building sales, increasing profits, team member development, and operational improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and strong people skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all in-store functions.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration to maintain a positive work environment.
• Instruct team members with daily store operations.
• Help ensure customer satisfaction and retainment.
• Maintain store cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times.
• Develop retail sales growth through outstanding customer service.
• Order and price store merchandise following proper procedures.
• Complete accounting reports and forms accurately and on time.
• Adhere to safety and asset-protection procedures.
• Set annual goals with the Country Store Lead and assist in marketing/promotions.
