Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Controls Technician to repair and maintain electrical and control equipment in our Baltimore production facility. You will serve as the on-site expert, troubleshooting, calibrating instrumentation, and programming PLCs to support continuous operation.

The role requires PLC programming knowledge, familiarity with Allen Bradley systems, and experience calibrating flow, pressure, and temperature devices.

Qualifications

• PLC programming knowledge required.
• Experience with Allen Bradley systems preferred.
• Knowledge of instrumentation, calibration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, control, and electronic issues.
• Lead calibration of control equipment instrumentation per guidelines.
• Assist with design improvements and PLC programming.
• Identify opportunities for optimization to improve line efficiency.
• Assist with repairs and train personnel in instrumentation use.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
