Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated Twinsburg is seeking a Controls Technician to repair and maintain electrical and control equipment in the production facility.

You will work as on-site SME for electrical and PLC systems, troubleshoot issues, and support design improvements and program PLCs. The role requires PLC programming knowledge (Allen Bradley), instrumentation troubleshooting, and 2+ years of post-secondary education with 3–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Education: 2+ years beyond high school (college/technical school).
• Experience: 3–5 years in related maintenance roles.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, control, and electronic issues.
• Calibrate control equipment instrumentation.
• Assist with design improvements; program PLCs.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement; enhance production line efficiency.
• Assist mechanics with equipment repairs.
• Train maintenance personnel on electrical instrumentation and control equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
