Job summary

CSP Innovations, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Controls Technician for our Huntington, IN Plant to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair control systems and automation equipment across our manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in control systems, instrumentation, and troubleshooting to deliver reliable, efficient solutions. Responsibilities include testing and calibrating instrumentation, supporting startup of new systems, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related field.
Proven experience as Automation Technician in industrial/manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair control systems, PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems to optimize performance.
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to diagnose issues and implement solutions.
Test, calibrate, and document instrumentation devices, sensors, and controllers.
