Job summary

Responsibilities include troubleshooting on shift, configuring HMIs/PLCs, preventive maintenance, equipment installation, and data capture.

Qualifications

• Experience wiring and programming Allen Bradley CompactLogix and ControlLogix PLCs.
• Knowledge of GE/Emerson 9030 and RX3i PLCs.
• Proficient in configuring, modifying, and troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and VFDs.
• Industrial electrical AC/DC troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS, SAP, and MS Office.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• OSHA safety protocols awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooter for electrical/automation issues on the shift.
• Install, configure, maintain, or replace HMIs, VFDs, PLCs.
• Respond to plant downtime events and initiate problem solving.
• Support preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Assist with new equipment installation and startup.
• Procure replacement hardware and calibration of components.
• Collaborate with controls engineering on projects.
• Evaluate equipment operation and suggest improvements.
• Complete preventive maintenance work orders and document data.
• Maintain plant electrical control systems on mixers, conveyors, motors, pumps.
• Research information to maintain hardware and modify software; attend training.
• Comply with Carlisle policies and standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
