Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a Controls Tech III on the 3rd shift for our York, SC manufacturing team. You will design, implement, and optimize automation and control systems to improve efficiency and reliability.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting complex electrical and control systems, developing machine programs, and promoting safety. You will collaborate with maintenance, engineering, IT/OT, and operations to deliver results and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong PLC, HMI, SCADA programming skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex control systems.
• Familiar with safety standards and lockout/tagout.
• Collaborates across engineering, maintenance, and production.

Responsibilities
