Job summary

You will diagnose and resolve complex electrical and control issues, develop machine programs, and champion safety across the manufacturing floor. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with engineering, maintenance, operations, and quality teams, with emphasis on continuous improvement, documentation, and mentoring to strengthen team

Qualifications

• Advanced troubleshooting of electrical, controls, PLC, SCADA, and automation issues.
• Programming support for PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot control panels, VFDs, servos, sensors, and safety circuits.
• Experience with equipment commissioning and start-up.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve factory automation and control systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control issues to minimize downtime.
• Develop and optimize machine programs to improve utilization and performance.
• Ensure safety and compliance with lockout/tagout and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project delivery.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain technical documentation and schematics.
• Work on project and engineering collaboration to deploy new systems.
• This is a 3rd shift position.
