Global Recruiters of Palmetto (GRN) Automation Recruitment Specialist is representing an established automation machine builder and systems integrator in North Carolina seeking a Controls Engineering Manager to lead a Controls & Robotics Engineering team.

You will develop engineering talent, drive standards and architecture, and oversee project execution from concept through commissioning across diverse manufacturing industries.

Qualifications

10+ years of industrial automation engineering experience.
4+ years in engineering leadership.
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the Controls & Robotics Engineering team.
Drive engineering standards, controls architecture, and adoption of new automation technologies.
Oversee project execution, resource planning, and technical delivery from concept through commissioning.
