Qualifications

• Background as a Controls or BAS Project Manager within mechanical or automation environments.
• Ability to interpret control drawings, specifications, and equipment requirements.
• Experience juggling multiple projects while maintaining schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage BAS and HVAC controls projects from initial bid phase through final turnover
• Oversee project scope, scheduling, forecasting, and budget tracking
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, field technicians, and internal engineering teams
• Support estimating efforts, proposals, procurement, and material logistics
• Serve as the primary client liaison to ensure expectations and deliverables are met
• Conduct site visits (approx. 4–5 trips every 6 months) to review field progress
• Prepare RFIs, evaluate contract documents, and manage change order processes
• Direct field resources, uphold quality standards, and maintain thorough project documentation
