The CMS Project Manager leads large mechanical construction projects in the local area, with remote work and travel to customer sites as needed. This role is responsible for profitable project execution from early planning through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in compliance with contract and safety requirements.
Own outcomes with accountability, safety, and integrity by leading project execution with a clear focus on quality, ethics, and compliance.
Stay close to the work by tracking field progress, schedule status, scope changes, and customer needs before they become larger issues.
Improve every day through candid communication, practical problem-solving, and proactive recovery planning when risks arise.
Win as one team by coordinating closely with sales, installation, engineering, commissioning, subcontractors, and customers to keep work moving smoothly.
Use Microsoft Project and project reporting tools to evaluate job progress, identify risks, and support timely decisions.
Maintain disciplined document control, billing accuracy, and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate project status, financial performance, and issues clearly to management and stakeholders.
Keep subcontractors aligned on expectations, site requirements, and schedule commitments.
Balance customer satisfaction with project financial results while maintaining a consistent and repeatable project management approach.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $91,000-137,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
