Qualifications

• For PM I, technical associate's degree with 2 years field experience or 4 years related field experience.
• For PM II, same base with 4 years field experience or 6 years related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete projects on-site with customers in a safe, cost-effective manner.
• Coordinate hardware design, software programming, installation, commissioning, and closeout.
• Manage project costs, billings, and collections to meet profitability goals.
• Provide coaching and technical assistance to technicians and designers.
• Communicate project status and monthly forecasts to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and AHJ requirements.
• Develop project plans and coordinate required resources for timely installation.
