Job summary

Aerotech, Inc. seeks a Controls Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of the Automation1 motion control platform, from concept through sunset, including P&L and roadmap alignment with market needs.

You will shape product definitions, work with engineering, sales, and marketing to drive revenue growth, manage pricing strategies, and communicate product value at trade shows and with customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics).
• Master of Science (MS) in a related field and/or Master of Business Administration (MBA), preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in the motion control or automation industry.
• Experience with electrical hardware and software products.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete product lifecycle (concept to sunset) of the Automation1 platform, including P&L.
• Develop product definitions and market requirements aligned with market needs.
• Lead product marketing plans, messaging, and collateral with marketing.

Education
