  • Drive new product initiatives for integrated mechatronic subsystems.
  • Collaborate with engineering to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
  • Partner with sales and marketing on positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market execution.
  • Support business development and application engineering teams with product tools, training, and collateral.
  • Identify key customers, early adopters, and application opportunities for new launches.
  • Track product performance, adoption, and profitability to guide continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical leadership in servo sizing, motion architectures, and IEC 61131 programming.
What you’ll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (MBA a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, application engineering, or business development within motion control, automation, or electro‑mechanical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of servo drives, motors, controllers, and automation platforms.
  • Experience defining customer requirements and delivering market‑ready solutions.
  • Proven success in product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to balance technical and business priorities.
  • Python experience a plus (for automation, testing, or integration).
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer visits and collaboration with internal teams.

This is a rare opportunity to shape next‑generation automation technology, including high‑performance servo motors and control platforms, within a dynamic, growth‑focused organization. You’ll influence strategy, product direction, and market impact from the ground up.
