Job summary

Columbus McKinnon in the United States seeks a Product Manager for Wireless Controls to own and develop roadmaps for wireless device lines used in motion control equipment. This role coordinates with Sales, NPD, Operations, Marketing and Supply Chain to translate customer needs into specifications and drive product launches, pricing and margins.

You will lead cross-functional teams, evaluate competitive products, and oversee lifecycle management from conception to phase-out.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of wireless control systems.
• Ability to analyze market data and translate into strategy.
• Experience with P&L, budgets and pricing.
• Proven ability to coordinate across Sales, NPD, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Strategic planning for current and future product lines.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmaps for current and future wireless control lines.
• Coordinate with Sales to translate customer needs into specs.
• Interact with channel partners and end users for VoC feedback.
• Collaborate with NPD on designs and technology.
• Work with Operations/Supply Chain on demand, quality and delivery.
• Support pricing changes per strategic objectives.
• Travel as needed to customer sites and Columbus McKinnon facilities.
