Aerotech, Inc. is seeking a Controls Product Manager to lead the Automation1 motion control platform strategy and lifecycle, including new product development, maintenance, and sunset decisions.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, sales, and marketing to define requirements, build market-ready solutions, and support growth across global markets. Travel is international up to 25% and occasional visits to Pittsburgh.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics required.
• MS or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of three years in the motion control or automation industry required.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and market strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams with engineering, marketing, and sales.
• Develop pricing strategy and product lifecycle plans.
• Present at trade shows and webinars on products.
