Job summary

Intralox L.L.C. is seeking a Controls Performance Engineer in Hanover, MD to join the Business Benefits Team. This role focuses on validating and improving ARB equipment performance, translating opportunities into robust design changes, and delivering detailed test plans with clear results.

You will collaborate with mechanical and controls engineers, communicate with customers, and work to ensure equipment meets performance and reliability targets in customer operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Two years of on-site technical support and troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support at client sites for new and existing systems.
• Lead field installation and commissioning of equipment.
• Observe system performance and adjust parameters to improve performance.
• Support subcontractors for installation and commissioning.
• Develop and implement controls upgrades on existing systems.
• Lead troubleshooting of control systems and coordinate with teams.
• Prepare daily logs detailing changes and impact on performance.
