Qualifications

• 5+ years of related engineering experience in controls or embedded software.
• Experience delivering robust technical solutions in complex systems.
• Familiarity with Agile development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deploy high-level requirements with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate feature development by tracking technical deliverables and approvals.
• Lead controls testing and validate results; support test cases.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and manage open points at program level.
• Develop project timing and risk assessments to assist the Controls Managers.
