Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 8+ years in gas power controls.
• Proven program and project management experience with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate and present effectively with management, peers, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the innovation process, templates, and guidelines.
• Drive innovation in power plant controls engineering workstreams, including idea gathering and decision forums.
• Lead innovation steering committee to approve milestones and allocate resources.
• Incorporate risk-based project management to protect quality and delivery timelines.
• Lead innovation tech team to build automation and AI tools for process improvement.
• Monitor and track innovation projects, including investments and benefits.
• Present at governance meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment.
