Dematic is seeking a Controls Engineering Manager to lead a team of project execution engineers within the Lifecycle Solutions and Services Project Engineering group. The role requires 5+ years of leadership experience in controls engineering for material handling and logistics automation.

The manager will oversee day-to-day project execution, grow team capabilities, and drive improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated Engineering Management and/or people leadership in material handling or logistics automation.
• Experience leading Controls engineers on varied projects and sizes.
• Ability to learn material handling systems and apply industrial safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Own project performance and outcomes of direct engineering team.
• Provide coaching to ensure team and project success.
• Ensure project targets for quality, on-time delivery, and cost.
