Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical/Controls/Automation/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of controls, automation, manufacturing, or engineering experience.
• 4+ years of technical management and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Experience leading capital projects, automation implementations, and OEE improvement.
• Strong knowledge of controls engineering, automation systems, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site engineering, automation, and optimization strategies aligned with business goals.
• Coach and develop engineering teams through goal setting and cross-training.
• Drive improvements in OEE, throughput, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance performance, reliability, and expertise.
• Foster collaboration across Operations, Reliability, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering.
• Lead deployment of advanced automation, Industry 4.0 technologies, and cyber security.
• Direct capital projects, upgrades, and process optimization to hit financial targets.
• Standardize engineering practices, control architectures, and project management.
