Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation in Orlando, FL, is hiring a Controls Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of engineers and actively contribute to project execution in building automation. You will design, program, and validate BAS solutions, while mentoring staff and ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will manage day-to-day engineering activities, coordinate with project teams and operations managers, and stay involved in hands-on engineering work as needed to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years HVAC controls or Building Automation experience.
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design complete building automation systems, including controllers, sensors, networks and hardware.
• Program control algorithms and third-party integrations.
• Develop graphical and text interfaces for BAS using EIKON and ViewBuilder.
• Test programming and interfaces prior to deployment.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards and project requirements.
• Provide technical support during the sales process to address customer requirements.
