Airline-Hydraulics-Corporation is seeking a Controls Engineer to bridge sales and project teams from estimate through completion. You will design and implement control systems for a range of projects, collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across the project lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on PLC/HMI programming, wiring diagrams, and experience with safety automation concepts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a fast-paced integration environment.
• Ability to develop innovative concepts for turnkey safety automation and conveyor systems.
• Strong experience with PLCs, HMIs, and safety standards.
• Experience estimating and quoting engineered systems; ISO/N.E.C./ OSHA knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop new control systems or modify existing ones.
• Work with sales, operations, engineering, and production.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and authorities.
• Develop wiring diagrams and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical.
• Write software and perform PLC/HMI programming; assist with installations and troubleshooting.
• Project manage small to midsize automation projects from conception to start-up within time and cost constraints.
