Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC programming (RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000)
• Proficiency in HMI development (FactoryTalk)
• Strong understanding of Industrial Ethernet/IP
• Read and interpret electrical schematics
• Experience with servos and VFDs
• Fanuc robot programming (2+ years)
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Quality on project work
• Safety Equipment (Keyence)
• Vision Systems (Keyence Cameras and Scanners)
• Proficiency in debugging controls systems

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the capital equipment process from raw material to finished good.
• Lead development of processes that meet safety, quality, cycle, scrap, and labor standards.
• Establish controls and parameters for maintaining and monitoring the process.
• Train personnel on how to maintain the process and identify critical issues.
• Document all process controls.
• Participate in PFMEA activities.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement activities and scrap reduction.
