Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Controls Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Three to five (3-5) years of experience in Controls Engineering required.
• Lean manufacturing experience and strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience with Ignition platforms for data analysis and alarm configurations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC programs on various platforms.
• Integrate production equipment into supported operations systems.
• Program and control VFDs via PLC controls and/or locally as needed.
• Develop electrical and mechanical schematics and build/troubleshoot panels.
• Support locations remotely on an on-call basis and assist with project management.
