Qualifications
- AAS or BS in Engineering with 5+ years of experience or equivalent.
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and AutoCAD required.
- Familiarity with NEC and machine safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine control systems using AutoCAD, selecting VFDs, motors, filters, protection devices, PLCs, and HMIs.
- Program, modify, and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs and ladder logic; support Siemens controls.
- Lead installation, integration, and commissioning of new equipment across multiple local facilities (≈30% travel).
- Provide hands-on electrical and controls troubleshooting to maintenance teams; diagnose issues and implement improvements.
