Job summary
Auria is seeking a Controls Engineer for our Fremont, Ohio plant. You will lead PLC/HMI programming, electrical system design and tests, and collaborate with engineers to drive continuous improvements in manufacturing performance.
Ideal candidates have a BS in Engineering, 5+ years of relevant experience, and hands-on experience with Rockwell, Mitsubishi, Siemens and Omron PLC/HMI systems, plus familiarity with automation protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical experience.
- Minimum five years of experience preferred.
- Experience with Rockwell, Mitsubishi, Siemens and Omron PLC/HMI systems.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Work with plant teams to drive continuous improvement in electrical and instrumentation performance.
- Participate in project teams and provide electrical engineering support.
- Design and implement electrical systems and test methods.
- Review electrical plans, specifications and reports; conduct tests and inspections.
