Job summary
Auria Solutions is seeking a Controls Engineer for our Fremont, Ohio plant to design, program, and support electrical systems for advanced automotive manufacturing. You will work with plant teams to improve efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and implement PLC/HMI, vision, and VFD projects using Rockwell, Siemens, Cognex, Keyence, SEW, Lenze equipment.
Ideal candidates hold a BS in Engineering with 5+ years of experience, strong problem solving, and proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of
Qualifications
- BS in engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum five years of controls engineering experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PLC/HMI systems and panel wiring.
Responsibilities
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve manufacturing electrical issues to improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement PLC/HMI, vision system, and VFD projects.
- Design and implement electrical systems meeting customer requirements and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians across the plant.
- Review plans, perform tests, and document results; maintain equipment data.
