Job summary

Generac Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Controls Engineer to lead control system projects, including PLC/HMI programming, troubleshooting, and startup commissioning. You will mentor associates, provide technical support, and help improve processes and standards.

Qualifications include a BS in Engineering and 3+ years in industrial controls programming with Rockwell RSLogix/Studio 5000 and FTV View. Prior experience with Fanuc robots and GE Proficy is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years of experience programming industrial controls.
• Experience with PLC, HMI programming and industrial communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and delivery of control system projects.
• Program PLC/HMI and troubleshoot commissioning activities.
• Mentor team members and drive process improvements.
• Prepare and manage statements of work, status reports and budgets.
