Job Description:

We design and deliver innovative electro-hydraulic solutions for industries like metalworking, energy, and mobile applications.

Controls Engineer, you’ll take ownership of projects from design and PLC development to commissioning and final customer acceptance. This is a hands‑on engineering role where your expertise in controls, automation, and system integration will make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:

• Develop PLC-based industrial control solutions to meet customer requirements
• Select system hardware (PLCs, HMIs, industrial electronics)
• Program PLCs (primarily Rockwell Automation; Siemens/Beckhoff a plus)
• Work with industrial networks: EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Ethernet, database connectivity
• Design control panels, power distribution (480VAC, 120VAC, 24VDC), and wiring schematics
• Report regularly on project progress, cost, and performance
• Perform in-house platform testing
• Lead commissioning of control systems at customer sites

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Electrical Engineering Technology, or Associate’s in Electrical Technology
• 3-5+ years’ industrial controls experience
• Strong Rockwell Automation programming background
