Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation engineering and 3+ years in industrial controls, with experience in major platforms and PLC troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in industrial controls, automation, robotics, or related field.
• Experience with major controls/robotics platforms and PLC troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to interact with customers and teams.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, test, and implement PLC, HMI, robotic, and automation systems.
• Develop controls solutions for welding, palletizing, conveyor, and packaging tasks.
• Integrate third-party equipment into automated systems and document standards.
• Support site install, startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer acceptance.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure on-time milestones and minimal rework.
• Maintain daily onsite reports and prepare service reports after completion.
